Susan Davis will be participating on a panel at the 2025 AFL-CIO Union Lawyers Alliance Conference in New Orleans on April 2: Audit Ready:  Surviving DOL Scrutiny with a Smile. The panelists will discuss the DOL/OLMS Compliance Audit Program (CAP) and International Compliance Audit Program (ICAP).  Panelists will cover how best to prepare unions for a potential audit, what to expect during an audit, common focus areas of DOL audits, risk mitigation, and related issues.

Joining Susan on the panel are Bruce Lerner of LiUNA/Bredhoff & Kaiser; Jeff Freund, former Director of OLMS, and moderator Omer Khwaja of Teamsters Local 988.

Susan Davis, the managing partner of Cohen, Weiss and Simon and a member of the ULA Board, represents many entertainment, sports, and other industry unions.
