On Monday, October 2 and Tuesday, October 3, 2023, Ms. Rachelson will participate in a panel discussion titled, “Suspension of Benefits Rules and Meeting Workforce Needs” at the 69th Annual Employee Benefits Conference of the International Foundation of Employee Benefits in Boston. The panel will discuss the ways in which multiemployer pension plans can address workforce challenges facing employers who want seasoned employees, and the needs of retirement-age employees to start collecting their pension benefits.
