On Sunday, October 1, 2023, Ms. Kyle will participate in a panel, “Ethics: Representation Matters” at the Attorney Pre-Conference of the 69th Annual Employee Benefits Conference of the International Foundation of Employee Benefits in Boston.  The panel will discuss dual representation and conflicts of interest for employee benefits attorneys. On Monday, October 2, 2023, Ms. Kyle will moderate a panel on Secure 2.0 with a focus on auto-enrollment, required minimum distribution, Roth changes, and many other aspects of this important employee benefits legislation.
