Benjamin M. Eisner Presents at the
ERISA Basics National Institute 2024

Benjamin M. Eisner will present during the ERISA Basics National Institute 2024 on November 18, 2024.   Mr. Eisner will co-present two sessions on the Minimum Standards for Tax-Qualified Retirement Plans.  The presentation will address the Internal Revenue Code requirements that a retirement plan must meet, in order for employers and employees to receive tax benefits related to participation in such plans.  Specific topics will include types of plans and plan formulas, calculating service, participation and coverage, minimum coverage testing, vesting, forfeitures, plan loans and the IRS determination process, among others.

Additionally, Mr. Pollack will co-present a session providing an overview of the compliance framework for Section 401(k) Plans under both the Internal Revenue Code and ERISA on November 20, 2024.
