On Friday, January 17, 2025, Ms. Malloy will participate in a panel for the Labor and Employment Law Section at the New York State Bar Association’s 2025 Annual Meeting in New York City. The panel, called “How Private Is a Public Employee’s Life, Really?,” will cover statutory and case law developments concerning public employees’ use of social media, free speech rights, and expectations of privacy inside and outside the workplace.
