Benjamin Eisner is teaching “Introduction to Employee Benefits” in Temple University Law School’s Graduate Tax Program during the Spring 2024 Semester. The course covers a broad range of topics, from fiduciary responsibility, to qualified plans and group health plan regulation, with particular focus on plans governed by ERISA and the Internal Revenue Code. Also covered are collectively bargained plans and policy considerations associated with retirement savings and health care. Students include both upper level JD and LLM candidates.
