Marcy J. Dunlap and Deva A. Kyle will present at the AFL-CIO Union Lawyers Alliance (ULA) ERISA Advanced Seminar on September 22-23, 2022 at the AFL-CIO Headquarters in Washington, D.C.  Ms. Dunlap will co-present a session on employee benefit issues, including those regarding access to abortion services, related to the recent Dobbs decision.  Ms. Kyle will co-present a session on the PBGC Special Financial Assistance Program and will be discussing the recently issued final regulations by the PBGC and the requirements for plans seeking to apply for Special Financial Assistance.
