Dunlap lead off the IFEBP’s Essentials of Multiemployer Trust Fund Administration professional development fundamentals course in Miami, Florida on November 14th with a day on the legal and regulatory environment in which pension and health plans exist. Their program reviews the statutes governing multiemployer plans, fiduciary obligations, key administrative issues, plan coverage and collecting contributions, required and desired insurance coverage and employment issues for those funds with in-house staff, among other important subjects for plan trustees and administrators.
